Exobolygók
A vizsgált eredményei arra is utalnak, hogy a vizsgált központi csillagok azok közül is az erősebb mágneses térrel rendelkezők egyfajta védelmet nyújthat a körülötte keringő exobolygók számára ezzel védheti azok légkörét az űrből érkező sugárzások ellen. Így elképzelhető ezen bolygókon az élet kialakulásához szükséges és megfelelő légkör gyorsabb kialakulása. Legalább is az eddig becsültekhez képest.
